COVID-19 News Update - Ontario Province-wide Shutdown
An update to our customers, vendors and industry partners regarding the current province-wide situation with the current novel coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak.
Effective Thursday January 14, 2021 until at least February 11, 2021

with curbside pick up and deliveries available as needed

To our valued customers and industry partners,
Effective Thursday, January 14, 2021 at 12:01 a.m., the government is issuing a stay-at-home order requiring everyone to remain at home with exceptions for permitted purposes or activities, such as going to the grocery store or pharmacy, accessing health care services, for exercise or for work where the work cannot be done remotely. This order and other new and existing public health restrictions are aimed at limiting people's mobility and reducing the number of daily contacts with those outside an immediate household. In addition to limiting outings for these purposes, all businesses must ensure that any employee who can work from home, does work from home.
Fortunately, as a Manufacturing and Supply Chain company, we are on the list of businesses that are permitted to remain open with enhanced safety measures and restrictions in place during this period - currently for 28 days at least until February 11, 2021.
In light of current rising case numbers in our region, we will be limiting our office, showroom and warehouse access to Curbside Pick Up and Deliveries only during this time. This means that we will temporarily suspend all customer and vendor visits and appointments until the shutdown is lifted in order to enhance the safety measures for our staff and visitors alike.
During this time, we will continue to be available to assist and support you via phone and e-mail communication methods in order to minimize contact and exposure.
Our manufacturing team is able to safely continue with production during this time but please be advised that there will most likely be delays due to material shortages as well as supply chain and personnel disruptions due to COVID19 restrictions and closures over the next few months.
We apologize for any inconveniences this may cause you and your clients and sincerely thank you for your understanding and support of our business during this very challenging time. As always, we will do everything we can safely to complete your orders in a timely manner and will contact and advise you with specific order updates accordingly.
